Huntington Court is a Georgian country house on the Welsh Borders in West Herefordshire. It’s nine miles from Hay-on -Wye and four miles from Kington.
There are 17 acres of gardens and woodland with dramatic views of Hergest Ridge, the Malvern Hills and the Black Mountains.
It’s a 15 minute walk to Offa's Dyke path and a 30 minute walk to Gladestry village.

We have two rooms available for bed and breakfast which have 5 star ratings on Airbnb and Trip Adviser. Hergest View room (below) has a super king bed and Church View room has a king sized bed. Our standard rate is £125 per night, which includes breakfast (with a choice of full English, paleo, vegetarian, or continental).
Each room has an en-suite shower or bathroom. Both rooms are well appointed and recently decorated.
Church View room (below) is large enough to accommodate two children on fold up beds and we have a cot. There is an extra charge per child per night of £10. We also have a high chair for mealtimes.
We provide tea, coffee and fresh milk in each room and there is free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
We have special facilities for walkers and cyclists including a drying area, bike storage and a pressure washer.

The Stable Holiday Cottage (sleeps two)

Our recently converted stable sleeps two with a super king-size en-suite bedroom and ample storage. Bedding and towels are provided. A washing machine, tumble dryer and drying racks are available.
The living area leads out to a pretty private terrace overlooking the kitchen garden.

En-suite bathroom with bath & separate dual shower (out of shot).
The downstairs is an open plan living space, with a comfy sofa and chairs, dining table, writing desk, Internet TV, Blu-Ray Player, DVD's and games, a DAB radio, and Wi-Fi.
The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, wine fridge, Nespresso machine, and boiling water tap.
There are acres of bluebell woodland to roam and views of the Black Mountains to enjoy. There's a private terrace set within the pretty kitchen garden, a fire pit barbecue with logs and outdoor furniture and ample private parking.
Up to two well behaved dogs are very welcome. There is a hose for muddy paws and a dog crate which you are welcome to use if heading out without the pooch in tow. There are plenty of walks right from the door.

Huntington Village
Next to the house, with access through the kitchen garden is St Thomas à Becket Church, a beautiful thirteenth century building, originally reputed to have been erected as part of a penance by one of the murderers of Thomas à Becket in 1170. The church can hold approximately 70 people and plays an active role in community life.
The Swan pub is a five minute walk and is open Tuesday to Sunday from 7pm.
